Refund eligibility depends on the airline or hotel supplier fare rules at the time of booking.

Refundable Fares

If your fare is refundable, cancellation charges from the supplier apply. The remaining amount is credited to your original payment method or DL Travels Wallet within 7-14 business days.

Non-Refundable Fares

Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled for a cash refund. Taxes may be refundable per supplier policy.
